SNPs Discovery


 INTRODUCTION

SNPs discovery is important for detection, forensic analysis and for understanding the genetic variations among closely related microorganisms. SNPsFinder is a web-based program developed to facilitate the SNPs discovery process. Complete genomic sequences or contig sequences of related organisms (strains and species) can be used for this analysis. In additon to identification of the SNPs regions, primers can be picked automaticly according to user-defined parameters to assist in experimental validation of the predicted SNPs. Results from SNPsFinder analysis can be viewed through WWW. Click HERE for User's Manual.
